Thomasina M. Ivy founded TMI Consulting in 2001, a premier information technology and management consulting firm, with a commitment to providing service excellence, innovation, and solutions addressing the mission goals of the federal government, state, and local governments, and fortune 500 customers. With over two decades of experience in information technology, management consulting, and government contracting, Ms. Ivy’s vision and leadership drive TMI’s performance and culture. Under her leadership, TMI Consulting’s growth has been award-winning for performance excellence, management excellence, and sustainable financial growth.

 

Ms. Ivy’s passion for quality and process efficiency is at the core of TMI’s operations. This is evident with TMI’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System and substantial investment in our #1 Asset, our people. Thomasina is currently an advisory member for College for Kids and Teens at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, a mentor for Wisconsin Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) and Mercy Corp., support and sponsor events for Wounded Warriors and Military Families, an active member of Women in Technology (WIT), ACT-IAC, and AFCEA. She actively supports and participates in causes supporting economically disadvantaged populations and Girls in STEM. Ms. Ivy has been featured in Forbes as a Woman Business Leader and received both the Bravo Entrepreneur and Smart CEO Brava awards. Prior to starting TMI Consulting, Ms. Ivy worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Aurora Health Care after receiving her MBA in Information System from Concordia University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Thomasina has completed various Entrepreneur training programs and is an active member of The Goldman Sachs esteem 10,000 Small Business Program.
