Thomasina is currently an advisory member for College for Kids and Teens at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, a mentor for Wisconsin Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) and Mercy Corp., support and sponsor events for Wounded Warriors and Military Families, an active member of Women in Technology (WIT), ACT-IAC, and AFCEA. She actively supports and participates in causes supporting economically disadvantaged populations and Girls in STEM. Ms. Ivy has been featured in Forbes as a Woman Business Leader and received both the Bravo Entrepreneur and Smart CEO Brava awards. Prior to starting TMI Consulting, Ms. Ivy worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Aurora Health Care after receiving her MBA in Information System from Concordia University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Thomasina has completed various Entrepreneur training programs and is an active member of The Goldman Sachs esteem 10,000 Small Business Program.
